The camp george program
Camp George blends the best of recreational skill development with transformative Jewish educational experiences. Our activities and programs are designed to offer high level skill exertise along with fun and creativity that everyone can participate in.
Campers spend the majority of their activity day as a cabin group. Evening programs and special activities are programmed by camper unit and as a full camp.
Campers in grades 6 and up choose a more intensive elective period called chugim. This provides our campers with the opportunity to try something new, or pursue what they are passionate about with more time and instruction.
Camp George’s highly experienced staff work with campers to promote skill-building, teamwork, friendship, and fun. We constantly encourage campers to take on challenges, explore new interests, and refine their skills.
Our program offers a wide range of activities, providing opportunities for campers to try all sorts of specialities – ones they are familiar with and others which are new!
